- Before placing an order, you must agree with the refund policies.
- For 100% money back, and demand will not be considered.
- As the service charges, the company will retain 50% of the total amount. When a student receives a failing grade, the approval of a full refund is possible. For example, if more than 30% of plagiarism is found in your dissertation paper, the customer can request a full refund.
- Refunds are only issued when a student provides authentic proof.
- After 30 days of delivery, refunds will not be furnished.
- The investigation team will thoroughly investigate those orders who are claiming for a refund. The investigation process may take up to 30 days.
- The amount of refund will be solely decided by the owner of the company. The amount will be decided as per the number of services you have ordered including rewrite etc.
- Those orders that were placed on the deadline of 48 hours or less are not eligible for the refunds.
- A dissertation or thesis having a deadline of 10 days or less will not be considered for a refund.
